Skytrak metal case and height of unit

If skytrak is in metal case (with feet) and positioned on mat that I hit off - will this affect accuracy of unit? - as it is not vertically level with ball, but higher.

It might as the height is important. You might try to take the feet off of the case which would make it closer to the same height as the mat.

If the case came from Skytrak, just invert them so the threaded end is down. That's what I did works fine.
