When I set up a game in TGC (not TGC 2019) today, the red ball placement dot generated by the ST laser moved to project about a foot closer to the net than before. The unit registers no shots with a ball placed on the new dot position or on the old position with no dot. All three lights on the ST are green. Exiting TGC, the red dot projects normally, and the system works normally, when using the ST range software, but jumps out of position when trying TGC again. This is the first time this has happened; I played using TGC yesterday with no issues. Any ideas?

Sounds like you switched left hand mode or right hand mode? -

Are you looking in the SkyTrak app or in TGC? Each has its own option for right/left hand. When you have a golfer set to lefthanded on TGC, i believe the dot automatically switches when its that player's turn.Comment

Solved - I evidently mis-read the setting after apparently changing it without realizing I had done so. Toggled back and forth and am now back in business. Thanks to both of you who responded and who focused in on that particular setting - very much appreciate the suggestion to check and double-check that.Comment
