Just call or use webchat. It took me about 45 min for them to get it transferred into my name and activate new software. -
If i did not use his software do I need anything else, btw he is selling his ipad with the ST so at the moment I am guessing i can use his credentials on the Ipad until it runs out in march. thanks for your replyComment

Just download the skytrak app and create an account first then call and give them unit serial #.
If using previous owners iPad, if he didn’t disable/delete it would work using his credentialsComment
