I am having problem with laser curtain i.e. not triggering unless I wave club right in front if unit (about 2 inches away). As a result unit is not registering shots. The unit is just over 1 month old and Im having problem getting SkyTrak to acknowledge problem. Has anybody else had this problem. If so, has repair solved problem long term. Im wondering if I was sold a refurbished unit as opposed to a new unit. Unit shouldnt fail after 35 days.

Mine did the same thing after using it for 6-8 months. Their support was responsive and I sent it back for repair. They fixed it free of charge and I haven't had any issues since then. Just make sure you send them pictures of your setup and do all of the tests they request for troubleshooting. Good luck! -

Do you mind me asking (i) had you purchased extended warranty? or was repair goodwill i.e. outside 6 month warranty (ii) how long was the turnaround for repair and (iii) how long have you had unit since it was repaired?.

Purchased it in November 2018 and sent in for repair February 2019 so it was inside of 6 months. No charge for the repair and it has been perfect since then. I think it took them 4-5 days to fix it.Comment
