No shot read red light goes out TGC2019

Ok this is super annoying. I can't even use TGC because of it and feel like I wasted 900$ on it. I hit a shot, it doesn't read but the red light goes out, then It just never comes back on. I usually have to completely restart the interface then the game to get it back on. I can hit two or three more shots then it does it again. I am using a recommended pay proxy. Anything in game I can toggle to get it to reset? Doesn't happen at all on the skytrak software.

Could you check in the TGC Simulator Console which version you have? And if it’s not 4.0.7 please download and run : download.protee-united.com/tgc/tgcsetup.exe

I had the same issue a couple of days ago after getting everything setup. Swing, red dot dissapears as if SkyTrak saw it, but nothing in TGC2019. I am running a direct USB connection with a 1.25in thick turf mat. I modified/changed 3 things:

1. If you zoom in using "Q" or are in anything but the view where you can see your ball when you hit, it will not register. I have since been able to quickly go back to the "normal" view if I left it zoomed in after hitting and the shot is accepted.
2. I flipped my mat 180* to the side I have not used so it was flatter and re-leveled my SkyTrak.
3. And I bought a box of yellow and orange Wilson Duo balls (the matte ones). I was using a Srixon Q Star. Typically I use a TM TP5X but the white balls did not seem to read as well in either program.

I am not sure if it was the full combo of these things or what, but I think out of 100+ shots last night on TGC2019 3-4 shots didn't register and 2 of them were putts that I probably didn't have the ball in the correct spot. My wife and Dad had more difficulty than me getting shots to read before but it picked up all of my wife's ~ 10 shots last night. If problems return I am going to look into connecting through network mode as I have heard there can be some issues in USB mode.
