TGC19 tour with skytrak

how would I go about signing up for the tgc19 tour playing with a skytrak? I have to game and skytrak all set up.

I am still waiting on a computer to arrive, so I haven’t joined yet but to the best of my understanding and maybe someone will correct me if I am wrong, is you go to societies and then join whichever you would like, and then go to Play event. I think Protee United Q school is a good one to start.

I did join the protee united society but wasn't sure if that's the actual tgc19 tour or not?
