Problem with TGC and SkyTrak Install (LicenseStatus.XML)

I'm got a new computer and I'm trying to install TGC and move my license to the new computer. SkyTrak sent me instructions. Following those I get to the point where I'm supposed to run SkyTrak TGC Interface. But when I do I get the attached error. I contacted SkyTrak and the remoted into my computer and reinstalled TGC and got the same error. They said to contact Pro-Tee customer support which I've done. But the message back from Pro-tee says it could take 48 hours or longer and I'm hoping to get this resolved sooner. Has anyone see this or resolved it or have any recommendations?

FYI... I installed to the default directory and checked the XML file and the <Dirctory> tag is correct (I"m a computer program by profession so XML files are not foreign to me LOL.

Well, thanks for reading. If no love here I'll post back once Pro-tee support helps me out.

In case anyone else has this problem, I figured it out -- When I first went to install TGC I changed the default directory (DO NOT DO THIS). I tried unistalling and reinstalling but that didn't work. What did make it work is this:

    1. Uninstall TGC
    2. The uninstall doesn't remove all the files. Go to your AppData folder and manually delete all the TGC files in there. Also do to your program files directory and manually delete all the TGC files in there.
    3. Reinstall to the default directory
