Skytrak not registering shots in tgc 2019

So I just got tgc 2019 today. Everything was going great until tgc disconnected from my skytrak after about 15 holes. I rebooted the software and skytrak and reconnected. Now I have the laser back, but no shots will register. The skytrak software registers shots everytime, so I'm guessing I have some kind issue with the interface with tgc. Any thoughts?

You don’t still have the skytrak app open by any chance

No. I ended up rebooting the computer and it started working again. It did disconnect a few times after that, but I figured out that I could close the connection interface through the task manager and then reopen it and it would reconnect. I was then able to continue the game that I had going.
