Question about WGT and the "views"

I tried to play a 9 at Pinehurst...between "Looking for Device" and issues with alignment, I managed to last until hole #6.

What do I have to do in order to show the ball in front of me? Off the tee, it's fine..the ball is right there. On the fairway or anywhere else, the ball is always to the side somewhere..why? Any ideas? I tried to use the different view options on the left bottom, but that really doesn't give me much. It's little annoying because I would like to have the closest view to the real thing as possible.

Any ideas?

As far as I know this is just a limitation of WGT unless it's changed in the last year. It's one of the reasons I never really played it much. It's an iOS app that they've adapted to work with the ST, and they are limited by what the app itself has been built to do. The developer seems mainly focused on mobile play.

CHansen157 is correct. Unless they have changed WGT recently, it is the camera angles. I believe they actually take photos/videos of the courses you play, which makes it look VERY real. However, we stopped using WGT because of the poor viewing 'angles' during game play. Made it very tough to play a full round - visually difficult!
