SkyTrak and Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf (JNPG)

Does anyone have a definitive answer on what qualifications must be met for JNPG subscriptions to carry over for SkyTrak devices? I've been reading for several days and can't find a definitive resource for how to know if a SkyTrak will be able to access JNPG indefinitely (barring of course any corporate decisions from Perfect Parallel).

From the SkyTrak website the criteria are as follows:
1. A SkyTrak Launch Monitor 2. Have an active ‘Game Improvement Package’ 3. Have purchased ‘Perfect Golf’ Software package from SkyTrakgolf.com 4. Have purchased ‘Perfect Golf Steam’ version.

However, I'm not sure at what point the above guidelines were posted.

I'm considering purchasing a ST and want to play on JNPG, but how can I be sure the ST will have access to JNPG?

JNPG on Skytrak cannot be purchased and played for new users.

Won't matter after August 2020 anyway. Trackman has pulled the plug on using JNPG on all other simulator platforms apart from their own. Unless something has changed in the past few days that is what I believe the situation is.
