  • Skytrak won't connect via WiFi

    I've had my Skytrak for a few years now. Recently, the box won't connect over WiFi. Skytrak app just sits at connecting. If I plug it in via USB, it connects immediately. Once it connects via USB, I can unplug it and it then connects over WiFi...until I power it down and back on the next time. Anyone aware of any issues or have had this problem? My only problem connecting over USB is that I feel there are more missed reads. Is that even possible?

    I have a similar problem however I cant even get mine to connect via USB to the skytrak app. I have no problems connecting via USB to play fitness golf. Last friday I decided to uninstall the skytrak app and reinstall due to constant freezing on the rang. Fitness golf is running like a top though.

      I had this issue. Did this and it cleared up and connected. Take your ST outside away from your network till it can’t see it. Wait a couple of minutes and then turn it off and comeback and and login to your network. Be sure to have your computer also off of the WiFi. Reconnect your computer, load ST app and then turn on ST and it should connect or at least it will go to direct connect then change to network mode from direct.
