    PC Skytrak app won't startup

Ok, here is a new one, just this week the app on my PC gets to the logging in screen and will not go past it. The unit has connected, you can see it in the background, the dot is ready as well, but the screen still says logging in. I deleted the app and downloaded the latest and still the same thing, even in USB mode, same thing.

Anyone seen this before and have a solution?

At this point the app is useless, everything works fine with TGC.

On your PC, go to C:\Users|Current User\App Data\Local Low - and delete the SkyTrak folder there. It worked for me a year or 2 ago.

Thanks, but gave it a try and still the same problem. I have been at this a long time and use my unit weekly, never had this issue before, not sure why now.

Is your TGC software still running? If so, close it.
                Try restarting the computer?

Had this issue yesterday. Reached out to them and it’s a network issue on their end. Who knows when they will get it fixed.

Everyone, well the good news if there is any is that it really is them and not you, Skytrak is experiencing issues. Hopefully they will get it resolved soon.

                    Thanks for everyone's input.
