  • Does your screen touch the floor?

I'm curious as to how far the bottom of the screen should be from the floor, or if it should touch the floor? Thanks for your feedback.
Also, how high is the top, and how far from your tee? I can't seem to find consistent info about the screen position, only minimum distance as it relates to the Skytrak.

My mine is actually longer than what is needed to ensure putts done roll under.

Most people leave a few inches at the bottom to prevent what Dax mentioned, or if you hit occasional low shots like I often do. Here's a link to what I did, however a few of my grommets are starting to pull loose so I may need to add some more towards the center.

So here's what I came up with. I bought a $5 grommet kit from harbor freight, cut some small pieces of

I put the pipe through the bottom sleeve, for weight, then pushed some foam pipe insulation over the sleeve for padding. There is only one bungie on each end to pull the impact screen a little tighter. The screen has velcro at the top and is attached to the sportsscreen. It simply hangs and barely moves on impact. Drives fall down.

These pics are of the screen half way retracted. I unhook these red end straps each time I retract the screen so I can sinch it up a bit.

Mine is connected to a steel angle which is screw to the floor. I then have my artificial grass running up the screen to give the impression of connection to the screen - see attached.
