    Skytrak and E6 misreads

I am demoing the E6 software and am having a lot of misreads. More misreads with my wife and other than myself. I find that I have to place the ball is all kinds of different positions when hitting different clubs. I need to have the dot on the tee when teeing off, fairway woods need to be inside towards the ST. Putts need to be inside as well as chip shots. Mid irons need to just behind. My fairway woods are reading very light. On the course I get 225-240 out of a fairway wood on a tee but only get 165 yds here. I just got my ST back from the company and they went threw it replacing the cameras because it had gotten hit by a shanked ball. I am assuming it is the ST and not the E6 software. Has anyone else had these issues? I know that my computer does not meet the requirements for the new upgrade. I am considering purchasing the older version of TGC until I upgrade the computer and software to the newer version.

    -Thanks

I have used the E6 demo with none of those issues. I could be wrong but I think E6 just uses the information from the skytrak.
My first thought would be an issue of not having the unit level with the playing surface or the unit itself is out of level.

I’ve been through all of that. I Built a platform the same height as the hitting surface. That platform is independent of the hitting surface so it doesn’t get out of level.
