Skytrak and E6 couple questions on gameplay

I have a skytrak and e6 expanded subscription running on iOS Ipad Pro (2nd gen). Runs great - absolutely loving it. I do have a couple questions related to it though that I'm not sure of.

    1. Does picking the club matter? Doesn't seem like it does but can't tell.
1a. Does selecting putter matter when its time to putt?

    2. Wind/Elevation - I see skytrak has its own settings I have them zero altitude and zero wind in skytrak app. When I go into E6 courses - wind/altitude are different and not changeable pre-round. But do they affect the shot?

    3. Anyone figured out how to stay signed in as user in e6? Having to resign in everytime i use the app without a remember option on details is infuriating lol.

    Hello:

    1. golf club doesn't matter for flight In the game, because E6 use Skytrak flight model, but I usually select them, because statistics and distances by clubs are saved in your portal.e6golf.com

    2. for the same reason wind/elevation can't set on E6 when use Skytrak. In the new PC version, 1.4.0.1, the wind and elevation indicator is not showed when you use Skytrak. I think IOS version is not release yet.

    3. In the main menu : system config / remember players, set it ON.

      So - turns out #3 doesn't work

Also - are we sure elevation doesn't work? I know altitude and wind are not supposed to but - playing a hole, it was down hill some, with a ravine and creek off to the side. I hit and hooked it into that ravine - my 7 iron went 215y because instead of hitting ground - it kept falling and moving forward. until it hit the bottom of the ravine/creek.

Wouldn't that indicate that course elevation does matter to game play? if its a downhill shot by 20' - maybe play less club?

i think what he means by elevation is the angle of the lie beneath your feet. so if you are a right hander hitting on a downward slope it would push more in real life but the game wont care. of course it will travel more if the floor isnt there to stop it as you have stated though

Would you recommend getting the e6 connect ios app for skytrak then? I have a new ipad pro and love the idea of the convenience but has heard horror stories about graphics and performance on ios. im also a lefty and my friends are righties so do you know if you can select handedness for each player such that it will switch depending on who's go it is?

Graphics are sufficient unless you're looking to project and care about detail of the trees. It can be a little choppy while tracking the ball flight, watch some of Golf Simulator Videos on YouTube. He shows the difference between iOS and PC e6 versions in one of his videos

Wind and elevation are set to 0. Skytrak won't work with e6 to enable this. The majority of the other launch monitors are able to use wind and elevation. Such a pity as e6 is awesome.
