I hope someone can help me.
I have bought a second hand Skytrak via ebay. According to the the seller he has deregistered the unit. I have been able to register the Skytrak using the serial number with my Skygolf account. However, when opening the app and looking into "About", the Skytrak is still registered to the seller. In addition, I can access the game improvement package in the app and I have not purchased that plan, yet. I fear that once the Skytrak plan of the seller expires, I can no longer properly use the Skytrak. The Skytrak chat could not help me. They confirmed that unit is linked with my account but could not understand why the unit itself is not registered with me.
I hope I have been able describe my problem properly and some has an idea how I can solve this issue.
