  • Skytrak lost connection during game

If in the middle of a game my SkyTrak disconnects (red bar on top). I’m on network mode so every now and then my signal drops, is there a way to reconnect during the middle of the game? Or can I pause, save a game reconnect to TGC2019 interface and come back to it?

Im at even par with 3 holes to go (

You don't need to save, when you get back on TGC, just click continue and it will bring you back to where you left off.

Press the windows key and "D" key together. That will navigate away from TGC2019 and allow you to reconnect to tgc2019 by pressing the connect button on the tgc219 launcher. For me it usually fails to connect the first time but always connects the second time. Then click back on your open round and it will continue as if you didn't lose your connection at all!!!

I've had a few times where Skytrak seems to get hung both TGC19 or WGT. The red light stays on all the time. What I do, without quitting the golf game, power cycle the Skytrak. After a minute or so WGT reconnects automatically after Skytrak is done booting. On TGC19 I go to the TGC Interface to reconnect. To open the TGC Interface first I exit the Full-screen TGC19 mode with Alt-Tab to cycle among programs running, and select any program other then TGC19; then, I click on the up-arrow on the lower right corner of the screen (if you hover the mouse it says "Show Hidden Icons"), and then right-click on the icon for TGC Interface and select Open (or similar, I'm not at the TGC computer at the moment to mention the exact pop-up menu name) to restore the window of TGC Interface; then click on "Connect to Skytrak"; TGC19 connects and I can resume the game.

As a sidebar: it seems I can replicate the problem of Skytrak getting hung on TGC19: if I type Q for the scout camera or E for the hole overview, and then hit the ball without typing Q or E to go back to the original hitting position, the Skytrack gets hung; it doesn't register shots any more. I have to power-cycle it to resume the game.
