I have finally upgraded the skytrack software on my WIndows 10 X-64 pc. It seemed to install fine (Visual C++ ran and said it was successful) I reboot my pc and started the golf sim software. I get a scree that comes up during loading saying "upgrading local database to new version..." It just sits there at this point. left window open all night and it never "loaded" . My machine is a beefy gaming PC 16 GB ram 8GB Video card, 128GB SSD Drive. I have nothing else on this machine except for the skytrak and TGC2019 . I deleted the program and tried to reinstall the exe file as "run as administrator" and the same trouble. Anyone have this issue or an idea? I have the skytrak software on my old laptop and I up graded it on that and everything is working fine after it was updated. Thanks for any suggestions

Try deleting the SkyTrak folder in "C:\Users\[current user]\App Data\Local Low" and then relaunch the app.

I am having the exact same issue with a New install. Stuck on upgrading database. No such folder exists? Did this get resolved.

Your folder might be hidden by default. Open File Explorer (Windows key-E), then View -> Options, View Tab, check "Show hidden files, folders, and drives", (I like to also uncheck "Hide Extensions for known file types", and "Hide protected operating system files"; but this may not be necessary). Then click on "Apply to Folders". That should make the folder mentioned above visible.

This totally worked!! Thank you! Did not realize the folder was hidden. Once I unhid the folders, I was able to identify the SkyTrak folder in “Local Low”. Deleted that and restarted the app. It opened right away! Thanks!!
