Transfer of Game Improvement Package to new owner

What's the easiest way to transfer the game improvement package over to a new owner? My game improvement package is good through 12/30/2020.

Checked the SkyGolf page and it shows how to deactivate the Skytrak from my account, but says the GIP isn't transferrable? Did this change? I remember them being transferable in the past without issue.

I don't think that you can. I was unable to do so when I sold my ST last year. Perhaps there's a work-around--I didn't push it too far since my buyer wasn't going to use it much until after the expiration date and didn't really care, but when I deactivated my account I couldn't transfer my GIP.
