Skytrak software crashes as soon as I enter practice area.
every time I open my skytrak software, everything loads fine it recognizes my Hardware and checks the license files like usual..... But as soon as I open the practice area the sky track application freezes and won't respond. It's been working fine for 8 months and this just started yesterday. I'm running on Windows 10 and everything's up to date including all third-party applications.
I've tried contacting skytrak customer service but the only advice they offered was trying to reinstall the software. I tried running both the 32-bit and 64-bit but the problem persists. I guess they have some technician calling me tomorrow sometime.
Has anyone had a similar problem? If so what was the solution? Any advice is welcome.
