  • Skytrak Logging in but never logging in.

    Coming up to my renewal. I am not able to login to the skytrak app. I have been playing as guest however if I'm paying for it I would like it to work. Fitness Golf works every time I boot it up. I have done 2 complete fresh installs and no dice. Has anyone been able to get past this? At this point I'm prepared to sale and goto a quad.

    What mode you are connecting the SkyTrak in? If you use Direct Mode, you'll need to log in before you power the SkyTrak on and connect it since Direct Mode does not use internet.

      Open the skytrak app, windowed, not in full screen
      Then it will log on,

        You may need to clear your cache. Try going to C:/Users/[current user]/App Data/Local Low and delete the SkyTrak folder in there. Then open the app and try to log in again.

            After deleting the app, clearing the cache, and reinstalling - this issue still persists? Are you able to log in fine in your browser on SkyGolf 360?

              I had this problem - Skytrak live support was really good but couldnt solve the issue to start with.
              I had another Laptop with an old version of the app on and that worked fine......I think it turned out that in my wedge matrix preset I had saved, the club names changed with the update to something with funny characters rather than just saying 50degree and 54degree and that must have been throwing the system somehow - all solved now.

                Yeah, the db team was able to fix the few customers that had that problem on the back end. Glad to hear it worked and all is good!!

                  Sorry if this is a little off topic. But I'm having a simular problem. I've had my skytrak for about 3 months now and every so often, it logs me out. Shouldn't be a issue, but it always says invaild password. So I have to get online and reset my password and restart the skytrak app again. This happens about every 10x I use it. I normally run the ST on direct wireless mode, My set up doesn't allow me to have ST and laptop to the network. Has anyone else had this problem before? Oh FYI, I didn't to the most current software update. I've been read problems so I'm going to wait on the update.

                    That sounds unrelated and I have not heard of it before, but it must be something server-related. If you can PM your username and email, I'll get someone on the back end team to take a look at the db logs.
