Not sure if anyone can help ? I have sold my Skytrak as I’m upgrading to a QED as my son is a lefty.

the buyer is telling me I need to de register it on my account ? Is there a way he can wipe the Skytrak his end or format it to factory settings ? I never registered a account and can’t find a number etc... for Skytrak anywhere.

You need to log into skygolf.com. Under your account there you should see your skytrak info and be able to detach from it.
