stuttering when using range

ive been using my laptop for a while with no issues. (dell xps 13 - i7, 16gb ) should be more than enough for the range.... ever since the latest update it stutters when showing the ball flight. delay, reads are as normal... if it was huge delay i would say something with the laptop, but only since the latest update it will stutter like i am using a iphone 3 or something worse... never had the issue before. could the skytrak need a reset? its always in network or usb mode and always been fine.

I had all kinds of issues after the last update. See my multiple entries in the post that discusses issues after the last update. I had crazy issues when briefly trying usb mode, herky jerky and very slow as well as missed shots. I uninstalled and reinstalled the skytrak app several times, reset the Skytrak several times, and then finally got it back into direct mode, then network mode. I spent hours on it over a couple of days.

Turn your internet connection off, have wifi on and then turn your skytrak on and see if the skytrak comes up in your PC wifi list, it should. Then connect to it and you should go all green on your skytrak lights. Then turn your PC internet back on and you should go into network mode.
