Skytrak laser turning off and on

I am having similar, but not the same issues. My Skytrak always works for about 10 shots, and then it starts to miss shots, and then different lights begin changing colors (first the top one goes red, then I ultimately get an orange or two) and I have to shut everything down and come back in about 10 or 15 minutes. Rinse, wash, repeat. It's very frustrating! Anybody run into this issue in the past? SkyTrak_Jordan?

SkyTrak_Jordan for height, what do you suggest when hitting a driver off a pretty tall tee? Should you raise the unit the corresponding height? I've done that and seem to be getting fewer misses.

Hello Deep - I would try not to mess with the height of the unit. When you change the height that may cause misreads. But if you are seeing fewer issues when using a taller tee, I would say keep on doing what you are doing or get smaller tees so you will not have to change the height of the unit.

Just purchased a Skytrak with TGC 2019...running thru a powered USB port on my gaming computer. After only a hole or two, it locks up and the top red light begins to cycle from red to green and the laser turns on and off. Have read SO MUCH in these posts and don't see a definitive reason or fix.

Right now, my $4K investment only allows practice in the Skytrak app...have tried the usual height and position adjustments. When electronics are random, it is the hardest to diagnose.

Hello Tedmonty - Is the issue with just USB connection? Have you tried using Network mode when using TGC2019?
