    Hi!

    I recently purchased a Skytrak. For the first 14 days, I used the trial version on an iPad without any problems. When I now try to connect to my pc however, the Skytrak program doesn't work. The little internet bar at the top left stays grey no matter what I do, and I can't log in. It still works fine on the iPad and any other computer or phone, but I can't get it to work on the computer where I need it.

    I don't have wifi on the pc, so I can't test if that is the problem, but connecting my laptop the same exact way over ethernet works just fine. I do have norton installed, so that might be the problem, but I have allowed the program in its firewall and the windows firewall. I also tried the program on another pc with norton and that worked fine. Reinstalling the program didn't work either and also tried the 4.3.1 version.

    My pc specs are:
    Ryzen 7 2700
    Gtx 1070
    Windows 10
    Ethernet

    I really need to get this to work on this pc since it is the only one I have that can handle E6. I haven't seen anyone with the same problem but i hope someone has a solution to this problem.

    Sad to see that no one responded yet.
    I have the same issue as described above. Only thing different is, that I am using skytrak version 4.3.2

    I already read the older threads where the same problem was described. But none of those were solved.

    So I wanted you to know that this problem is still a thing.

    If anyone has any idea that would be great.

      Hi - can you post screenshots of the error messages that you are seeing and can you clarify how both your PC and your SkyTrak are connecting to the router?

        Hi.
        I am running a German version of the software... So a screenshot won't help you a lot.

        My PC an my skytrak are mainly connected over the network mode, but every mode is working fine.
        My PC is actually connected over WiFi 5GHz Band to the Router, but ethernet is also working.

        The problem is not that I can't connect to the skytrak. The real problem is, that I can't log into my account, cause the software I s saying I'm not connected to the internet.

        The only way I can play right now is as a guest

        I tried out several things.
        1. Playing with my laptop works. Its connected the same way as my PC. Also on iPad it's working
        2. Installed a virtual machine on my PC. Also worked. But the performance wasn't to good.
        ​3. Deactivated the firewall and deinstalled all security software. Didn't work.
        4. Activated all windows services. Didn't work.

        Are there any known ports the software is using?

        Any tip that I can try would be great.
        It gets frustrating...

          I understand - I had similar issues when my WiFi wasn't able to reach from the Skytrak to the router. The WiFi light on the device would stay flashing yellow because it couldn't connect to the router. Make sure that your PC and SkyTrak both have strong signals before you do anything else.

          In terms of ports, here are a few screenshots from my Windows resource manager while SkyTrak was running. It looks like there is some kind of range on the listening ports and that the IPv4 loopback for the local TCP connection is on 52401 and 52402.
