Issue 1
Wondering if anything was going on with TGC 2019 yesterday. I have had the Skytrak and TGC/TGC 2019 for about 2 years now and have never had any serious issues with it. It would on occasion crap out where the red line would come on, the dot would go away, and I would have to start the whole game over, add the guests again, then concede until we got to the hole we last played (I keep track of scores on paper for this very reason).
Last night however I had people over as we are playing a 4 round tourney at Olympia Fields on there and we were warming up on a different course and the range as well. It kept shutting our game down and the dialog box kept stating "Lost Connection." It happened about 3-4 times during the warm up course and then it happened twice when we tried playing Olympia. It got to a point where we played offline and had to just do an HB Official course instead.
I am not hard wired in (I am going to fix that soon), but nothing else shut down. My YoutubeTV was running perfectly fine and my wife was watching Netflix with zero issues. Our phones were all on wifi and the internet was good. So everything was running smoothly except SkyTrak/TGC2019.
Is this a Skytrak and/or a TGC2019 issue? I just would like to make sure it does not keep doing this by the time our winter league night I run comes around.
Issue 2
When Skytrak craps out is there a way to reconnect where we are since I have 3 guests that play, without having to restart the whole thing? That gets extremely annoying when it tries to read a shot, then does not come back on, and then I have to restart and concede until we get to the same point.
I know I can pick up where I left off without the guests but is there a way to save where they were as well? Would multiple profiles be a solution to this? I was thinking having multiple profiles playing the same round would it not keep their latest shot and data like it does for mine?
Just curious if anyone had any possible answers.
