  • Game Improvement Plan renewed, but no activation email received

    Can anybody help? My GIP for my ST ran out yesterday - and now I can't access the usual features.

    I renewed my GIP in advance of this back on September 6th - they took the requisite £99.95 from my account the next day. But usually I get an "activate now" email which I click to activate the new sub. This time no such email arrived. There's no point using the "register product" link in the order conformation (which I have kept) as there's no code, and I don't know who to contact. Has this happened to anybody else?

    If you log into your Skytrak account on their website, there's a chat window on the bottom right. Their support has been very helpful and solved my activation issues in a few minutes.

      Thanks Golfser great call - they solved my problem via the chat in about 2 minutes!
