Friend has Skytrak, TGC19....How do i play against him?

It is stupidly complicated and not intuitive at all. Discord can help walk you through it and it takes some getting used to. In a nutshell:
-Pick the same course at the same time.
-One of you go to the first hole and make sure you have "Turn Order" on in settings. (dont hit a shot)
-Then the second guy also goes to the first hole, also making sure "Turn Order" is on in settings. This guy then goes into the menu and selects "Add Rival". Hopefully your friends name is listed.
Once all that is done you should be able to tee off and see the other guy... but only AFTER you hit the shot. It's dumb.
Someone correct me if I screwed it up, Ive only multiplayer'd a few times.

-Both of you need to go to group, and hit 'add rival'. If youre both on the the course at the same time you'll be able to see their user name. Add each other.
-Someone decide to hit first, within a shot or two it should pick up eachother and you'll be playing just like you would locally.

We went thru the settings and ensure we had everything same.
We didnt pick same course to the exact second but within 20 seconds.
We both tried to ESC, Group, add rival. He was able to add me. I was not.
We will try again but better syncronized and not hit a shot...Comment
