I got my Sky Track around mid May, ordered the game improvement package, I used the bag mapping and used the practice portion, then I got the E6 and have not really used the Sky Track part except just to log on to the E6. Well I have tried several times the last few days to log onto my Sky Track and do the game improvement bag mapping.just to verify club distances and play a few games. Typically I start up sky track, tap the sky track app on my Ipad, then open the E6 app right away, while im signing into the E6 the sky track is signed in I see the lil flag come up on the screen and I play the E6 game no issues. Now I start up sky trak, then tap sky track app for sky track, it has a difficult time finding the network but mostly gets signed on, I am playing in network mode, then I tap the game improvement, and bag mapping, the clubs come up, the red light "lazer" comes on, and I hit a shot and nothing! I cancel out of the game and it says looking for network and will never get signed back in. exit out and start over same thing! I have of course deleted the app several times and reloaded it, no help. I then try to sign into E6 and no issues. I have tried to sign in under the direct mode and that doesn't seem to help either. So any help anyone can can give I'll sure take it! I have not called Sky Trak as from what I have heard all they tell you to do is reload the app!

It occurs to me E6 might still be running when you start the Skytrak app. Make sure to completely quick the E6 app with the double-home and swipe out. -
Yep, sounds like you have E6 open in the background. You can't have both running at the same time, so you'll need to completely close out of one in order to use the other.Comment
