First post with new build after months of using this forum to help. I got Skytrak launch monitor only after 4 weeks of ordering. It worked great on the Skytrak range connected through USB mode. Unfortunately it would not connect to the TGC2019 game. Everything would look good to the first tee, however I would then take a swing and the monitor would then seem frozen, red laser dot would be gone, and it would be stuck in a red top light, and two green light situation. It would not register any shot flight, and I would have to exit the game. After 2 remote sessions with Skytrak which lasted 2 hours each and were completely useless, I started trying anything and everything I could read on this forum. With no luck, and after reading about ProTee customer service, I decided to give them a quick email. I have to say response was instant. They did a remote session on Thanksgiving morning, even though they said they were closed, and got it fixed within 2 minutes. The tech was flying around the computer but it seemed like they changed some permission files deep within the system. Changing some binary code from zeros to ones. They also reset my activation key within the software. Sorry not a computer wiz!
Bottom line if you have this issue, I can't recommend ProTee's excellent and fast customer service. Give them an email first and not SkyTrak. It was great trying to make a strange Thanksgiving special, by playing a round with my father who helped with the build!
Oh also, if you have this issue set a restore point on your computer as soon as it is fixed. That way if Microsoft pushes any updates, you can revert back to the time it was working with the right permissions.
