Question about FMJ and Slider Track

I looked through the titles on the 1st few pages and didn't see any posts that would cover this.

For anyone that's using the FMJ case and a slider track I have a couple questions.

1. How high is your hitting surface?

2. Can the Skytrak be higher that the hitting surface and not cause problems, I feel with the slider track it would be?

3. Is there a slider track that anyone has used they think is the best fit for this application?

4. Are there any DIY slider tracks? The only issue I would have here it the concrete where I have my Skytrak may not be level.

1. Fiberbuilt 1x3 strip is 1 3/4” ( if memory serves)
2. Bottom of skytrak MUST be level with mat
3. Amazon camera slider, seems a bit of lite tinkering will be involved nothing major
4. There was a post yesterday on FB sim group of someone that used a 2x4 and a drawer slide with some duct tape.

There are endless ideas just be sure to be level and secure so your alignment stays in place
