TGC 2019 Suggestion - Jump to Hole

I am an enthusiastic TGC + Skytrak user for 4+ years. The following suggestions to ProTee will address my two most common frustrations after 1,000 hours using the product.

First, imagine I have 3 buddies over to my house for a few beers, and we want to play Amen Corner at Augusta. I spend several minutes setting up the guests, and then we load a local match at Augusta ("Firethorn" in TGC2019, to those who don't know). If we want to play Amen Corner, we have to "concede" the first 10 holes, each hole times four players, plus warning confirmations and delays between prompts to get to hole 11. This takes a ridiculously long time!! When we are done, we have to follow the same process just to play these three holes over again. Imagine our frustration when we want to play only the island 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass!!

We need a way to quickly jump to a hole. Given how easy it is to program this feature, I suspect the reason ProTee does not allow this has something to do with preserving the accuracy of the handicap calculation. After 4 years, I literally care ZERO about my ProTee handicap, since I only play the game to practice or for fun with guests at my house. My suggestion is to allow a quick "jump to hole" in the opening menu options. Obviously, you should automatically exclude the score in the handicap calculation (don't consider it a "bad 50%" in the calc - just exclude it altogether).

My second recommendation is to save progress as we go with guests, so if the game locks (which happens a lot!), I can easily resume the match to where we left off. From what I can tell, this recall feature is only possible with Rivals (but not Guests). Please fix this.

    Thanks!

I agree 100% about the jump to hole option. However, if you want to play amen corner, just select the back 9 instead of the full 18. Then you can start the round on hole 10. When setting up the match you go into the rules settings where you choose the tees and pins and the option is called something like "round length" or something and gives you the option of front 9, back 9 or full 18. Just choose back 9.

As for sawgrass, there's a course called tpc sawgrass 17 which is just the 17th hole. I believe you can find it in the highly rated search filter or just search for the name. It's really well done. You can turn on auto rewind and just hit tee shots on it all day.

Thanks 3on3putt. Yes, that helps for those specific scenarios, but it is duck tape for the question. For example, what if I want to play the 16 Hole at one of my favorites, Troy Burne? Or the #17 Road hole at St. Andrews? Or #8 at Troon? I can give 1,000 examples that would not be met by the current golf course population in TGC (again, thank you for #17 Sawgrass). We need an easy and comprehensive solution.
