My SkyTrak stopped synching session data with SkyGolf 360 on 12/23. The session data since that date appears in the SkyTrak app on my PC. The session data doesn’t appear in the SkyTrak app on my phone, likely because feeds off SkyGolf 360.
Oddly, I added a club via the SkyTrak PC app yesterday (after a couple weeks of being unable to do this-adding a club would cause both the PC and iPhone app to freeze or crash) and it showed up in my iPhone app instantly.
The connection between my SkyTrak and PC is a 6 ft USB cable. I do not have more than one Sky account. My PC is connected to the Internet. In fact, I periodically log in to my 360 account after sessions just to see if the issue happened to resolve itself.
I sent logs to SkyTrak with a description of the issue, but didn’t even receive a response confirming that the logs were received.
Any suggestions for resolving this? It doesn’t appear that the issue is new, but I haven’t found any solution sifting through the forum.
