    Swing Catalyst

Hi, anybody got any experience with Skytrak and the Swing Catalyst software? Was it easy to set up, which camera would you recommend and is the program worthwhile? Any tips or advice you’ve got would be much appreciated.

I don't have experience with Swing Catalyst software at home, but my kids have used it at their golf academy. It's awesome and the pressure plate really helpful. Since that costs money and I'm cheap, I use the open source program called Kinovea (https://www.kinovea.org/download.html). You can use any camera you have to record video so I use a GoPro. The frame rate is good, but the version I have doesn't support live streaming so I record and then process on Kinovea. It seems like you need a minimum of 120FPS to get smooth, slow mo video. On the Kinovea forum, some people referenced the following 330FPS USB Camera (https://imall.com/product/High-Speed...44-23624232/en).
