32 Bit or 64 Bit

Was working with ST Support and had to reload the ST software. The tech had me use the 32 bit download.
I noticed there was an option for 32 or 64 bit download.
I am running Win 10 64 bit OS.
Would it be better to run ST in 64 bit?

OK, I'll try 32bit first then 64bit and compare the difference. I would think 64bit would have better performance.
I have Intel i5 processor, 16 mb ram, and a GTX 1170 video card.

I had the ssame problem and ST support told me to use 32bit even thought my computer is 64. Did you notice a difference? You have to assume the 64 performs better. What's your experience?
