    Skytrak power light

Hello everyone, I am brand new to this but looking forward to bouncing off you all for tips & advice. I have just purchased a second hand skytrak and the yellow power light will not turn off, it constantly stays on! Any advice?

Is it plugged in? I believe it stays on if it's plugged in.

And you're definitely turning off the power button?

That’s weird. If it’s not plugged and it’s powered off, there should be no lights. Have you tried doing a “hard” reset if the unit (insert pin in bottom of unit and hold for about 15 seconds)?

Well I have tried a hard reset with the skytrak turned off and again with it turned on, both times it made no difference and I was out of signal reach of my WiFi !

I would just contact Skytrack support. They can be hit or miss as far as how helpful they are but they are probably the ones best suited to help. You just never know with second-hand units.

I have spoken with skytrak and they didn’t know what the fault was and asked me to send it to them for inspection. When it is resolved I will post it on here.
                  thanks everyone
