Skytrak reading distance correctly but trajectory height is less than half

Hi,

I am a new Skytrak user. I think distance readings for my clubs are very good with real balls -5 to -10 yards (golf simulator syndrome?) and Almost balls 25% less distance which I expected. However, for most of my clubs the height is only between 12 and 16 yards. I am sure they are incorrect because my normal ball flight is higher than average and should be around 30 to 35 yards especially with PW and 9 iron. Is this my setup problem?

Is the base of the SkyTrak at the height of the ball?
Have you checked the level for tilt/roll?
