  • Need Help - Skytrak hangs in Network-Mode

    Hello,
    need you help.

    Since 2 days a have my skytrak. I try first the direct usb mode and it works.
    Then i try the network mode. I enter the Name of the Network of my router an the password. The Wifi-LED on the the skytrak unit turn from red to blink yellow, so a network was found.
    But skytrak do not connect to the network, don't know why.led blinking. No matter.
    So i turn off the skytrak and on again but the yellow led is blinking and in the sofware i cant change the connection to usb or something.
    Hard reset do not work.
    I turn off my W-LAN router at home and now i can connect to the usb mode,BUT as soon as is start my router, skytrak want to connect to net network and the led is blinkin again
    What can i do ?
    Nothing helps

    When I used to connect in network mode I always had to turn on the skytrak first and then the computer. If I turned on the computer first I could never get it to connect. And I've heard other people report the same thing.

    My advice = connect in USB mode (not direct mode, USB mode). It is the fastest way to connect and the most reliable. Don't even bother with network or direct.
