Full Swing Misread

The attached picture is something that I am seeing a lot lately. It is a full swing, with good numbers that just pops up in the air. It doesn't seem to matter if I punch it, wedge it or take a full swing (a 5 iron in this case). It pops straight up in the air and goes 5-20 yards. Am I missing something? Any advice would be appreciated...

Looking at the screen capture, I’d say the ball has hit the ground 1yd in front of you, popped up with the crazy TGC bounce and trickled 3 yds. You can get unlucky when the ground isn’t flat on the course, and it’s not always obvious because of the POV of the player.

Thanks...I think you are right but it never really happened before and now it is happening 1-2x per round!??! It is just frustrating especially when I put a good swing on it!!!
