Connection problems with TGC

My connection while playing TGC 2019 is routinely dropping, causing me to have to restart the software. I'm using usb mode and have and an excellent wifi signal to my computer. Any thoughts on the cause and solutions would be appreciated.

It happens to me a lot. I assumed it was related to my static electricity problem. My wifi signal is very strong also. The static electricity interferes with the USB signal. I Don’t know how your set up is. Mine is caused my all of the artificial turf I have in the room, plus the colder dry air of the colder months. I’m still working on my problem.
