Hi All,

Many thanks for your help and your patience on this. The custom bag issue we discovered (actually going back even to v3.4.2) was much more complicated than we thought and had to be addressed in this release before it grew. While that was being worked on, we took your feedback and reverted the follow ball camera view, reduced the tracer shadow opacity, and a few other fixes and optimizations. Please give this one a go and fingers crossed we can push it live quickly!

Can you please make a beta with the club data enabled instead of the optimiser. I know you are still working on it, but I would like to try it. Please let me know if you could do that. The old beta version its enabled on doesn't have all the new features this current beta does or I would just use it.

I am still having issues in setting up my bag. In both iOS and windows I am trying to delete all my existing clubs and I get caught in a loop where the clubs will appear to delete but as it scrolls to the next “page” of clubs the same clubs I am deleting keep reappearing. It also eventually crashes as I am doing this and I need to restart.

Can you please PM me your email and username? I need to have someone on the backend look at this. It may be corrupted from older builds and just needs to be cleared.

I don’t understand why a boost option would be necessary. If the unit is accurate (which it seems to be) then what’s the rationale for it? A conversion factor for limited flight balls makes sense to me and I think would be a great addition, but I’m struggling to understand the desire for a blanket boost option.

I had Sktrak Version 3.4.2 working fine on my windows 10 laptop but I am unable to get Skytrak Version 4.0.2 to work on it.. After installing the updated version when I go to open the app a black screen opens up and after a few seconds a file starts unpacking and after another couple of seconds the whole app shuts down. Tried reinstalling, rebooting but the same problem everytime. A screenshot is attached.

I have reinstalled Version 3.4.2 and that works fine, but for some reason, I can't get version 4.0.2 to work. Has anyone else had this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm, I have not seen this but you can try two things:

1) Delete the local cache. Delete the SkyTrak folder in C:\Users\[current user]\App Data\Local Low.

2) Reinstall/Repair the Microsoft Visual 2012 C++ Redist Package. This is part of the app installation, so a reinstall will flag this repair.
