Skytrak PC App not opening

Hello,

When I open the Skytrak app on my PC, the page doesnt load or anything. The loading page stays at 0%. I’ve tried to download the 32 bits and the 64bits, i’ve also delete the app and reinstalled it, without any luck.

could someone please help.

I usually fix this issue with a restart of my PC. It happens from time to time where it'll just sit there forever. The restart has helped with my loading freeze.

Thank you! Unfortunately the restart doesnt work for me but we’ll see tomorrow

You can try deleting the local cache. Just delete the SkyTrak folder in C:\Users\[current user]\App Data\Local Low. Then reopen the app.
