Repair return time

I had to send my ST in for repair. The IR trigger curtain went bad. Probably because I tend to leave my unit turned on.
Anyway, it's been at SkyGolf for over 3 weeks. Paid for the repair about 10 days ago and have not heard a thing back.
Called support twice today and they said we'd send you an email with a status...nothing yet.

Any tricks on getting this expedited... 3 weeks without my sim is like an eternity.

Your experience pretty much mirrors mine. I called customer service but got the standard response. My last repair, if I recall, came back in the fourth week. No warning, it just showed up. I had my trigger replaced the second year I had the unit, the good news is no failure since after ~30k shots.
