  • Skytrak website slow

I've searched the forums but can't find any topics on this..
Am I the only one, or is it only Australians that experience the painfully slow skytrak website? It takes upwards of 30 seconds to navigate to a new page.

This is not to mention the confusing navigation.

Same for Switzerland. However, I don't believe the speed is related to the location.

When I purchased my Skytrak in late 2019 the website was so slow I called in and placed my order. The transaction would not process via website because it's garb.

Slow in USA as well. Definitely not making investments into their infrastructure.

It's always been that way, in my experience. I'm in Canada and have a 500MB fiber connection and still load pages painfully slowly.
