Time to Renew Your SkyTrak Software Package...

My game improvement subscription expires in a few days and I've received the 5th or 6th email asking me to renew it before expiration. For the past month I've tried to renew it using the link in their email numerous times and each time it says website undergoing maintenance and I can't check out.

Anyone else experiencing this? Are they still in business?

I had a similar experience. In the end I managed to renew just going to the sky golf 360 site, logging in and clicking renew under my account tab.
Unfortunately I had to skytrak involved via Twitter to get the updated license files to transfer to my unit, but it’s all good now.
The website is very clunky.

I am having an issue as well. Tried renewing my subscription the first time and got this error "Permission Violation: The subsidiary restrictions on your role do not allow you to create this record". This is my personal computer and the one I use with SkyTrak so shouldn't have any permissions issue.

I got on with Customer Service and they pointed me to a link that is now giving me this error:

Website sucks. I've called their customer service for anything I've ever needed and they have been sufficient

I got it renewed on the website, but it was a giant pain in the ass.

I haven't been able to login to skytrakgolf.com and skygolf.com for weeks now. Logging in to skygolf360 does work.
The support via SMS and live chat doesn't seem to be able to solve this problem, resetting the password didn't work either.
Actually I wanted to purchase TGC 2019...
Luckily I renewed my GIP at the end of august so I still can use my skytrak for practice.

The websites are claimed to be undergoing maintenance since the beginning of september. I'm wondering what their problem is....

I was able to renew my GIP today. The only thing is that the renewal is eating up a few days of the year. My subscription was expiring 11/1, I renewed today, and now it expires 10/5 of next year... 26 days less than a year!! It looks like it's not tagging the renewal at the end of the current plan in force. I need to gather my info my prior year's renewal and will then contact support, I'm guessing last year's renewal did the same... wish me luck!!

How long are things going to be down for?

That's the problem with subscriptions, your hardware can become a brick.

Contact customer support via chat. Subscription renewal was completed within 2 minutes. Just give the serial number of the unit.

I got the “time to renew your skytrak” spam three months before expiration. No thanks. I’ll re-up a day or two before.
