    4 questions about Skytrak

    1) I like using the rubber tee that accepts the real tee on my CCE mat.
Skytrak says to aim dot at base of tee.
If tee is larger (rubber mat tee) than a normal tee, is that an issue?

    2) I see all pictures of Skytrak on mat, the designated 12" away from ball.
If mat moves with swing, vibration, etc., does that not effect shot?

    3) Setup info has multiple ways to connect with network/wifi/internet.
I'm guessing that's necessary for d'load of software or playing others online.
Otherwise your using sim software, Skytrak software, swing data info.
So it doesn't need to be constantly connected to the internet while using does it?

    4) From what I hear Skytrak has a bad support rep.
    Does that still exist?

    Thanks.

    1-no
2-no unless the skytrak is sitting on the same mat
3-depends upon the software being used
4-personal opinion and you will get wide ranging views

Wbond tks - I would imagine if skytrak on same mat 12" away it would be effected by swing. I'm thinking off mat a bit, level with mat maintain the distance. I ask because I see tons of pictures with skytrak on same mat as ball strike. As you mentioned: guessing some software works with data in cloud. I have a hard wired LAN switch in garage from house router. Strong signal. That part should be ok.

Regarding support, the chat is so-so and calling them is hit or miss depending on who you connect with. But in the end I always get my questions answered.
