Skytrak range going dark themed and crashing

Hi have had a recent issue occur on my skytrak. Where I start up the range the range looks dark like in the pic below and won’t register a shot and crashes after about one minute. Is this related to the fact that I didn’t renew a premium subscription and instead just went with basic driving range for this year? Any one else seeing this weird issue?

One side note I just went to renew my subscription and instead of going premium I went free. But skytrak still pops a note after my license file is checked saying I have 15 days to renew. Any input is appreciated

I just went through the same thing. Dark Screen indicates you membership is expired. You will need to call skytrak support and have them reset your account to the free membership. SkyTrak Support is actually really responsive.
