    App keeps restarting

    Just a few days ago when I started to use the app and go into practice range mode within a few min it stalls out and restarts, going back to the main menu. I've swiped out of the app and restarted it several times with no luck.

    I'm using my iphone 12 with it being updated to the latest version of iOS. I've checked that I have the latest version of the ST app. It doesn't matter whether I'm in Direct or Network mode, the app still does the same.

    Anyone experience this with a solution?

      Exact same issue started with mine today. Can’t be a coincidence. I have just started troubleshooting. Sounds like there are others seeing the same new issue.

          So I ended up calling customer support and found out the reason my subscription had expired. I only use the free basic plan and didn't realize that still needed to be renewed annually. Once that was taken care of every worked fine.
