Today my E6Connect stopped working. I spent over an hour with skytrak support to no avail. It still doesn’t work. I’m getting an error message that says my skytrak is not authorized for use with e6 Connect. My licensing for e6 is good for another 2 months and I have an active game improvement package.
One CS rep suggested that I purchased my license on 12/30… but e6 licensing clearly shows it was activated on 2/8 and good until 28/2022. THey wouldn’t scam me out of 2 months of licensing would they???
Any tips for solving this issue? I’m at my wit’s end and skytrak support didn’t resolve it. Sure seems like only they can solve it.
