I have a relatively new Skytrak (received it last month) that was working fine up until this weekend. Suddenly, the unit is not registering any shots. This is the typical order of events:
- Open Skytrak app and connect the Skytrak using USB to PC
- Choose practice
- Driving range opens and all 3 lights on the unit are green.
- The red laser is on.
- Try hitting a shot or just waving the club and the laser does not turn off.
- Skytrak unit disconnects and get booted out to the main screen of the app.
Things I have tried:
- Rebooted PC and Skytrak
- Uninstalled app and reinstalled.
- Tried direct connection.
- Tried using my iPad which worked previously. Again, able to get to the driving range but it won't register a shot, disconnects, and get booted back to main screen.
- Reset on bottom of device, all lights to amber.
I used the online chat option on the website. Advanced support remoted in, uninstalled app, deleted folders, still same issue. They told me to send an email which I did. Have not heard back yet.
I feel like I've troubleshooted as much as I can on my own. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
